He did extensive research to help us choose the optimal listing price. We had already moved out of state before we put our home on the market and Joe handled everything that needed to be done in-person. He was always quick to respond and update us with any new information. He also had many helpful connections- someone to do some virtual staging photos of our home, a handyman who could show up same day when we needed a quick repair, etc. I just can't recommend Joe highly enough for the level of effort and care he put into our home sale.

It had been a rental for 9 years and Joe advised me on what we needed to do to make the property marketable while keeping my budget in line. Joe went above and beyond in setting up vendors and making recommendations. We had an offer with one showing and less than 24 hours on the market.
