Without Mr. Guzman's skills, contacts, and knowledge, I could not have sold my property.Selling rental property in Washington, DC can be very daunting. It requires an agent who knows buyers, the market, and has the ability to bring a deal to closure. I was fortunate to have Mr. Guzman as my agent during the long, arduous, and exhausting experience of selling my property. Not many agents can perform in the manner Mr. Guzman was able to perform. His experience as a businessman has given him access to a number of commercial buyers. In addition, he has the ability to persuade them of the benefits of purchasing a property, even if the price is above market. Also, during the difficult periods in the sale process, he was there to offer comfort, guidance, knowledge, and encouragement to give me the strength to continue with the sale. He makes it clear to the buyer that the seller's interest is paramount to him. I do believe I could not have sold my building without someone of his caliber. I have brought and sold seven properties, this was the most difficult and I assure you, there are very few agents with the ability to bring this difficult sale to closure. He is the only agent I will consider in the future.
