Jorge, aka George, was our realtor / real estate agent for my moms Trust here in San Diego County. He found us, rather than the other way around, one day when we were doing some work at the house, and he happened to be in the neighborhood. He had another client a few doors down, and had also sold another home on the street recently. We talked to him at length that day and ultimately, I hired him for the job. One concern that I had was that my moms house was in a Trust and my estate attorney cautioned me to find an agent with experience with Trust home sales. As it turned out, the home that Jorge was representing a few doors down was also in a Trust, and hed had experience with others in the past as well. That was good news. His initial assessment of the value of the home in the current market came in pretty close. We actually got a little more than his estimate, which was good. Jorge answered all my questions up front and as the process progressed. He always followed up with me promptly if not immediately. He also provided timely updates and shared each incoming offer with me very quickly. He understood that as Trustee, I had obligations to follow as a fiduciary, and he always kept those in mind. His recommendations and suggestions were good ones, and at no point did I feel pressured about anything. I would be quick to enlist him again when the need arises and recommend him to anyone. In fact, Ive already done so to a neighbor whose family will be needing to sell a home soon.

We were so fortunate to have found Jorge Castellon and his team to work with us in our search for a home. He steered us to the best properties within our price range and gave us great advice as to the value, benefits and potential downfalls of each choice. His expertise does not end there. During escrow, he stood by us throughout the inspection and all other contingency periods to ensure that this was a solid deal. He went beyond expectations and carefully reviewed countless documents, as this was a condo purchase, and relieved so many of our burdens in what could have been a stressful purchase. In addition to all of his professional expertise, Jorge is honest and very accessible. He communicated well with us throughout the process and is definitely someone you can trust. We couldnt have done better in our search for a home and if and when the time comes to sell, we would call on him in a heartbeat!

George Castellon was our real estate agent helping us find a dream house in San Diego. George knows the market really well and has been very helpful and patient. Since we were not local to San Diego, he would pick us up, drive us around to different properties, and drop us off again at the hotel or airport. He also facilitated an extremely fast escrow closing and made sure all was well coordinated and managed. Georges after sale support is also exemplary. He managed our keys and arranged a handy man for some repairs for example.
