Specifically, he was able to communicate the local real estate market and advise us accordingly. Even with the market moving so quickly, he was able to provide the insight needed to obtain the best return possible on our sale. He provided valuable information on what documents were needed and expected as part of closing. I have never had a real estate professional be so aEURoeon callaEUR? as Jordan. He was available as necessary and aEURoewent the extra mileaEUR? by calling us frequently to make sure we were comfortable with the arrangement.
