I cannot recommend Jordan enough for anyone looking for a real estate agent. My husband and I were first-time home buyers and felt intimidated on where to start in our search or even what we wanted in our first home, but we were connected to Jordan through Anderson Realty's website and we are so grateful! Jordan is personable, is not pushy or "sales-y" and was an incredible resource and advocate through our entire home buying process. As first-time buyers without a lot of knowledge about homes, Jordan's expertise was immensely helpful. He took the time to educate us and view each home with an investigative mindset to assess the home's potential and any red flags or issues. Jordan is also a great communicator (very prompt), he was more than willing to accommodate my and my husband's crazy work schedules, and he didn't bat an eye when we brought our (sometimes fussy) baby to some viewings. In the end, we ended up purchasing a "fixer upper", which was absolutely the right choice for our budget in this market. Jordan provided nearly a dozen referrals for workers that he has both personally worked with or who his clients have worked with, and even after closing, he is still helping us connect with people in his network. I think that shows how truly he cares about his clients success in their homes and how much he genuinely loves his job.
