About Jonathon Vonesh
My name is Jonathon Vonesh and I specialize in real estate in the Greater Grand Forks area. In my ten years of service I have helped a wide variety of clients to include; first time home buyers, vacation home buyers, investors, Estate sales, commercial leases, lake property buyer and sellers, sellers that are down sizing or moving to transitional care.
All buyers and sellers have a special story, but one that sticks out for me so far this year was when I was working with a single father and his daughter to find their first home and to see the excitement as we looked at properties and they planned who gets what room and the daughter planning sleep overs. It is a rewarding to find people the right homes for families.
I had a passion to build a rental portfolio and figured getting into real estate was the right path. I figured if I want to buy property I may as well sell them also. This has now evolved into making peoples real estate dreams come true whether they are buying or selling. Its all about providing great service for my clients and doing what is best for the clients needs wants and desires not my own.
I have taken extra training on helping buyers and received the Accredited Buyer Representative designation along with Graduate Realtor Institute designation, which has helped me serve buyers and sellers. With my teaching background I fell I have to be well educated in order to serve my clients best, therefore I am always taking courses to sharpen my skills.
