This was our first home purchase, and we had a lot of questions and unknowns and he did a great job answering our questions in a timely manner. He also greatly assisted negotiations and truly `went to bat for us. Our purchase was probably a bit unconventional, as we wanted to attend an estate sale that the seller was having. The estate sale was rather popular and Steven showed up at 9:30 in the morning to help me and my wife get all of the items that we wanted. I truly feel like Jonathan went above and beyond as our Realtor.

He told us the truth about our expectations and was honest about properties we had seen. He went above and beyond to make sure our buying experience was a 10/10. Even when we had issues arise, he was on it immediately and found solutions. As long as we live in the area, I wont work with anyone else. I recommend every single person to Jonathan. He is considered family to us now.
