He listens carefully to the client's needs and then makes suggestions and locates properties that are within both the client's budget and designated area of the city. He is quite knowledgeable about the housing market. While directing the housing search, he encourages and advises, but then he steps back so the client can make an informed decision. His interaction with the selllers' realtor was cordial but business-like. His working realtionship with mortgage and insurance people made those parts of the tranaction easier.

ZillowVERIFIEDFantastic experience buying a home with Jon! As a first time buyer, I was expecting the process to be confusing, cumbersome, and laborious. It ended up being seamless and peaceful thanks to Jon. Jon explained each step of the process, answered all my questions, and worked to my specifications to find the right home. At the beginning of the process, he advised me how to get prequalified for a mortgage and what to expect at each step of buying. Once I was prequalified and actively looking, Jon showed me several properties that I was seriously interested in. During each showing we went to, he was actively researching things we found such as mechanical systems I wasn't familiar with, and he was also in contact with the listing agents to find out what offers they might accept. There were a few listings that sold before we could get there for a showing, and each time Jon found something else similar. Anytime I was discouraged, Jon reminded me that we would find the right house in time. When it was time to put in an offer, Jon encouraged me to include an escalation clause that ended up making my offer the strongest. He took his time preparing each document we submitted to the seller and was very accessible to communication when I needed to ask questions. A few things came up at the inspection and I wanted to ask a few things of the seller. Jon carefully put together my requests for their consideration and continued advocating for me all the way to settlement. It's clear to me that Jon wants to help people find homes. He has extensive knowledge of many neighborhoods in the region and also has the resources of his team (Matt Aragona Group) for situations that might require additional expertise. Thank you Jon for helping me become a homeowner
