Haberl managed my property in Buffalo as I am an overseas landlord. Haberl collected rent from two apartment's and failed to pass them on to me. His excuse was that repairs were needed. When I employed another real estate agent to sell this property I was informed there had been no such repairs and I needed to spend money to enable the sale Unfortunately his reliability and discretion is under question. Avoid him please.
