Jonathan Ohlgren

Jon Ohlgren specializes in the valuation, sale and purchase of ag-zoned property in the Tri-Counties, regularly advising clients in conjunction with teams of local professionals on potential use and development opportunities in the agricultural space including complex pre- and post-sale entitlement processes. Jon's extensive clientele includes institutional investors, international corporations, wineries/viticulturalists, non-profits, agricultural investors and private individuals. A significant number of Jon's transactions occur off-market and confidentially. A UCSB graduate, former local secondary school educator, and agricultural land owner, Jon maintains a thorough knowledge of the Central Coast and its land owners. Between 2020-2021 Jon participated in well over $150 million of transaction sides.
