ZillowVERIFIEDJohnathan was unresponsive, insensitive, & unhelpful. He did not honor his appointment scheduled with my family & I. He did not confirm the day of the appointment as he promised. We had to confirm with him the day of just for him to give us a poor excuse after we waited a whole week. I would not recommend him
