Jonathan was extremely helpful in my home buying experience. He helped me look for 2 years until I found the right home. He showed me many houses, but never made me feel pressured to buy. He gave me honest advice on work that would be needed on each house and kept my budget for closing costs and future renovations in mind. He would text me listings on a daily basis instead of a weekly email like other realtors. He sent me the listing for the house I ended up buying as soon as it was listed.
