We almost went the wrong route when buying our first home it was older had foundation issues etc and Joseph was able to find a newly renovated property that fit all our needs and wont need as much repairing over the years. I was relocating from Pittsburgh to Abilene for a new job, with a new born coming in less than a month. Needed a place asap, and had a list of 10 houses places hoping one would be the perfect place for me. When I submitted by interest on one of the properties at 10PM in the evening, Joseph reached out in less than a minute and made time to take me around, provide council and help me through the closing process. He recommended the home that I ended up buying, and great inspections, agents etc throughout the process that help with make a very stressful process underwhelming. I cant say enough about the kind of person he is, not just as an agent, but as a human. I would highly recommend him as an agent, and this is from someone that never leaves reviews a great impression was made on me.
