Jonathan Horsfall

Hello, my name is Jonathan Horsfall. I am from the Dane County area and have lived in the area my entire life. I graduated from Waunakee High School in 1989. I then graduated from Madison Area Technical College and eventually Upper Iowa University in 1995. My degree is in Public Administration with an emphasis on Criminal Justice. In 2001, I decided to start a career in real estate. I then obtained my real estate brokers license and started my own company. In 2004, I obtained an appraiser's license from the State of Wisconsin. The market was very good until the crash in 2008. Most agents in the late 2000's had to find other work to supplement their real estate incomes. I was fortunate enough to find a great job working as a high value insurance consultant. I still work in this position today. In the last ten years, I have been to and consulted on almost 1,700 high value homes all over the Midwest. I recently decided that although I like my position, I could sell high value homes and still be a consultant. I can truly say there is probably no one in the area with the unique experience in real estate that I have. In 2019, I started High End Homes, LLC. I focus on selling homes in the Southern Wisconsin market. My extensive experience and knowledge of the local market makes my company a great option when you decide to buy or sell a home.
