ZillowVERIFIEDJonathan did an unbelievable job selling our first home in Chatham, NJ. He had patiently worked with us for over a year in the search for a new home for our growing family. So when the time came to sell our old home it was a no brainer to work with him. Prior to getting started he guided us on how to best prep our home to sell. Selling a home was a new process to us. So he also walked us through what to expect throughout the process. That proved very helpful! He also laid out a strategy to list our home at a fair price that would encourage a bidding war. We had a lot of trust in him already from his prior work helping us. So we went with his plan exactly. The outcome was fantastic. We ended up with around 10 bids, all above asking. The highest bid was around 22% over asking which we then accepted. Its also worth noting that during our open houses we experienced some minor home damage due to an unfortunate accident that was no ones fault. Without even having to ask, Jonathan volunteered to cover all of the repair costs out of his own pocket. If youre looking for a top notch real estate professional with high integrity to advise you I couldnt recommend anyone higher than Jonathan.
