Jonathan was knowledgeable about the market in the area, took the time to go out and walk the property, determine any factors that might make it more marketable in some ways and looked into and addressed any aspects that could pose challenges. He invested the money into having drone photos taken to best represent the land and marketed the property on multiple platforms. Jonathan was responsive and communicated updates and was upfront and transparent about the process, time frame and estimated costs.
