Jonathan Daly-LaBelle

Jonathan Daly-LaBelle has been a resident of South County for over 30 years. After coming of age partnering ownership and management of a local pizza place, Pit & Patio, Jonathan has been a full-time Realtor since 1993. He has consistently been in the top tier of Realtors in selling property. More than that, Jonathan prides himself on doing best by his clients, treating them with individual attention & excellent service. He has built a reputation of being easy to do business with, has an attention to detail, and a willingness to go the extra mile to make a sale happen and see it through to closing. Jonathan lives in-town Wakefield, and is very active within the community. In addition to being a rec sports coach for many years, he served on the South Kingstown School Committee for four years. Many still look to him for his thoughts and perspectives on education and children's learning. Jonathan is also very active with his family. His oldest daughter graduated Dickinson College cum laude, Class of 2017, and now lives in Florida working with a service and guide dog organization. His second daughter graduated Rhode Island College summa cum laude for early childhood education, Class of 2019. She is currently working on her masters degree. Both graduated South Kingstown High School. His first son is also a recent SKHS grad, Class of 2017, and attends UMaine - Farmington. His twin boys are SKHS Class of 2020. All are supportive, caring individuals with good work ethics. Jonathan takes great joy in the success of his children. When not out showing and selling houses, Jonathan not only enjoys his family time, but also his continued civic engagement. While really more of a dog person, he recently adopted a cat, Ash, and is enjoying that flexibility and friendship. Cat personalities are very interesting! Jonathan still can be found here and there around the scenic places of town and South County, often enjoying the convenience and community of downtown Wakefield and other neighboring villages. He relishes R.I.'s coastline too, it's easily accessible fresh waterways, and inland hiking and walking trails. Much of Jonathan's business is based on personal contacts and referrals.
