I first met Mahriah through some friends a little over a month, so considering I am already writing this from my new home, things have gone very well. I am a first time home buyer so everything was new to me, and I closed on a house rapidly. Being a novice and working at such a quick pace, I could not have gone through the process without Mahriahs guidance, advice, and experience. A few scenarios stood out to me. I was hoping to see what looked like a perfect match for me. The seller appeared to be on the way to accepting a bid from previous offers. Not only did we enter the game late, get to see the house the next day, but that was the house I closed on. Another scenario came to the timing of everything. I was leaving out of town the day I checked out the house so I could not attend the inspection. Mahriah arranged everything and conference called me in for the process. Mahriah is also extremely personable. She is very easy to get along with, and always there for you. She has a good sense on what you are looking for in a house, and her knowledge of a full spectrum of house types and neighborhoods helps you attain that.
