About Jonas Farrell

My name is Jonas Farrell and I am the son of John and Lynn Farrell; founders of John Farrell Real Estate Co. A true native to the Lake of the Ozarks, I was born at Lake Regional Hospital on New Year's Eve, 1979. Growing up at the lake, I lived with my parents and brother, Justin Farrell in our home in Tan Tar A Estates. I have been a licensed Realtor since April of 1999. During the school year I worked part time and full time on summer, winter and holiday breaks. I earned my Brokers license in 2008. In addition to being licensed as a Broker I hold the ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representative) and am currently working on earning my ARM designation (Accredited Residential Manager). I graduated from Camdenton High School in 1998. After high school I spent one year at the lake attending Columbia College and then transferred to Southwest Missouri State University (now known as Missouri State University) and graduated with a degree in General Business. While attending school I was heavily involved with my fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha; serving as the House Manager and representative in Student Government. I am happily married to Nancy Louise Farrell and we have two sons together; Jonathan and Evan Farrell. Nancy and I were married in September of 2006. As a Realtor in the Lake of the Ozarks I provide 3 different services; Buyer Representation, Seller Representation and Property Management for the leasing of Residential Properties. It is my professional belief that you can't be a success in Real Estate at the Lake of the Ozarks as a part time Realtor or even as a full time realtor. To be a success in Real Estate at the Lake of the Ozarks you have to do it All The Time!

Jonas did an amazing job with the purchase of our new home and with the sale of our condo! He did an excellent job answering all of our questions and meeting all of our expectations. We moved to this area a little over a year ago. We started working with Jonas Ferrell when buying a lot for a new home. We ended up buying a home instead and then selling the lot we had bought. Through all of these transactions, Jonas went above and beyond to find us properties/homes that fit our needs. He spent a lot of time reviewing places for us, taking us all around the area and ultimately helping us purchase our home and finding a buyer for our lot. He is professional, personable and is very knowledgeable about this area. He continues to be of help to us when we need recommendations for services in this area. Excellent realtor! We bought and sold our home with Jonas. He was very knowledgeable about the area and neighborhoods when we were looking and took us to many different homes til we found the right one. We actually looked for about a month before giving up and he never said a negative thing once, I actually joined his softball team. And a few months later we started looking again and he helped us find the house that we perfect for us!

Jonas has helped us buy 2 condos and sell one. It is really helpful to have an agent like Jonas who knows the lake area so well. We really appreciate his expertise and advice on properties for sale in the lake area. Jonas, along with all of the others who work in his office, really know the builders, properties in the area, inspectors and other contractors who might be needed in your home buying experience.
