Jonas Farrell

My name is Jonas Farrell and I am the son of John and Lynn Farrell; founders of John Farrell Real Estate Co. A true native to the Lake of the Ozarks, I was born at Lake Regional Hospital on New Year's Eve, 1979. Growing up at the lake, I lived with my parents and brother, Justin Farrell in our home in Tan Tar A Estates.

I have been a licensed Realtor since April of 1999. During the school year I worked part time and full time on summer, winter and holiday breaks. I earned my Brokers license in 2008. In addition to being licensed as a Broker I hold the ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representative) and am currently working on earning my ARM designation (Accredited Residential Manager).

I graduated from Camdenton High School in 1998. After high school I spent one year at the lake attending Columbia College and then transferred to Southwest Missouri State University (now known as Missouri State University) and graduated with a degree in General Business. While attending school I was heavily involved with my fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha; serving as the House Manager and representative in Student Government.

I am happily married to Nancy Louise Farrell and we have two sons together; Jonathan and Evan Farrell. Nancy and I were married in September of 2006.

As a Realtor in the Lake of the Ozarks I provide 3 different services; Buyer Representation, Seller Representation and Property Management for the leasing of Residential Properties. It is my professional belief that you can't be a success in Real Estate at the Lake of the Ozarks as a part time Realtor or even as a full time realtor. To be a success in Real Estate at the Lake of the Ozarks you have to do it All The Time!
