I first worked with James Nicholson during COVID when I was given less than a month to find a new place to live and to move. James was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive, making sure that it all went as smoothly as possible and that nothing fell through the cracks. He showed me as many places as I needed to see to make sure that I selected the house that was right for me, and I never once felt rushed. Because of his expertise and negotiation skills, I received approximately $45,000 in closing help and down payment assistance, had new carpet installed, and even secured a brand new boat slip as part of the deal.
