John was not my agent, yet called me on a Thursday night and said "I found a house you might be interested in." He was on the look out the whole time and knew that I was sort of looking to stop being a renter. We looked at the house Thursday night at 7pm, then we wrote up an offer and submitted it by 9pm. We were the first offer. We were under contract by Friday at noon. The sale went perfect and John stayed ahead of a few curve balls that got thrown.Lesson #1 John is always looking at the area.Lesson #2 John does not work 9-5 business hours, he puts in the time to make things fall into place.Lesson #3 John knew of our situation and saw that we would be a good fit for this property.Lesson #4 John was never pushy, he saw an opportunity and offered it to us.Lesson #5 John didn't get a large commission off of my sale, yet he put the time in to get the deal done. This teaches me that he cares about the people more than the sale.Yes, I would highly recommend John to anyone.
