In 2013 we began working in the same office. We quickly became friends and learned we could trust and rely on one another. In 2016 our business reached a tipping point; we realized to continue to take great care of our clients, we needed to grow. We asked ourselves what is best for our clients?

Being that residential real estate is a seven day-a-week business, we felt combining forces and establishing Schlobohm/Hodson as trusted partners would allow us to be available and care for the diversified needs of our client base. The partnership allows us to provide two full-time professionals with different skills. Plus, it is fun to work together!
