Laura was outstanding through every aspect of the process. I was prepared for the home buying process to be at least somewhat stressful, however it was easier than I expected thanks to her efforts. Everything from her responsiveness, expertise, local contacts, knowledge, and flexibility was outstanding. If I needed something she would just make it happen. If something didn't go as expected she made sure to take care of it. Example: during final walkthrough the garage door spring was having trouble due to the cold and we were signing that day. She took care of everything with the seller to make sure it was fixed before the house transferred ownership on such short notice. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, especially in the west Cleveland / Lakewood area where she's been a professional for decades.

I could not have asked for a better real estate agent to work with than Madison! I really lucked out when Zillow paired me with her. She was extremely available for showings and her communication and responsiveness were excellent. She was sensitive to my situation (going through a divorce) and worked hard to help me find the right home and negotiate with the sellers, always pushing for my best interests. She went above and beyond, in my opinion. On top of it all, she is honest, kind and genuine, and made the whole experience just wonderful, despite setbacks we encountered along the way. I would 100% work with Madison again and will recommend her to everyone I know!
