I searched very hard for a realtor that could help with the sale of my sisters property when she went into assisted living. Jon helped immensely. He helped work through some legal issues with the title and a right of first refusal and got that sale to go through even with a complicated sale. Very impressed. He helped with finding movers and cleaners to get the property in shape for the sale. Was completely honest and up front with expectations and the realities of what the sale would encompass and where the issues may be. All and all I do not think I could have worked with a better realtor

We loved working with Jon! Initially we just asked for help selling our house, but those plans changed quickly as Jon was able to help us sell and buy all in the same day. Our experience selling our home was great, Jon was there every step of the way and he helped us negotiate the best price to the right buyer.We also asked him to help us find a new home, and he got us into showings quickly and was able to answer all our questions about each property. We found a place we loved and Jon made sure we could move into the new house on the same day we sold our old house. He had to work quickly with our mortgage team, and he answered all their questions and supplied them with all the documents to ensure a quick turn around time.Every part of working with Jon was easy, pleasant and efficient. He started as our realtor but now we consider him a friend. Highly, highly, recommend.
