He helped work through some legal issues with the title and a right of first refusal and got that sale to go through even with a complicated sale. Very impressed. He helped with finding movers and cleaners to get the property in shape for the sale. Was completely honest and up front with expectations and the realities of what the sale would encompass and where the issues may be. All and all I do not think I could have worked with a better realtor
