His knowledge of Newport Beach real estate and the Lido Isle submarket is probably the best there is. He has been a long time resident himself and knows the market and values well which help greatly in both the property search and crafting the deal as buyer and seller. All of our transactions went smoothly, Jon made sure we got the terms we were comfortable with and made the details flow smoothly. He took care of the little things so we didn't have to. Things like getting a locksmith to re-key, providing a dumpster, etc. He thought of things I wouldn't have and always made it all feel like it was no problem for him. I've been involved in many real estate transactions with agents who seem more interested in their commission than in making all parties truly happy with the experience. Jon is an outstanding exception to that.
