While we ended up not entering into a contract to purchase, Jon was a stellar broker to work with. We enjoyed our time house hunting with him and found him hard working, knowledgeable about the area, and extremely responsive. He patiently assisted us with a contract where the Seller decided not to sell after agreeing to terms with us by email and was entirely professional through the frustrating ordeal of not being able to purchase the home. If we decide to try again, we will certainly call Jon and choose him for our agent again.
