About Jojiet Salcedo

I became intensely interested in understanding the real estate market after I failed in my own investments I made in 2005 and 2006. I made it my professional goal to be a passionate student of the market and to share everything I know to my friends and clients. I started a blog back in 2007 devoted to fulfilling this goal. This is the same copy I created and then sent to my database to give them a better understanding of who I am. Pardon me for the 'sales pitchy' tone. I wanted to flood this copy with specifics instead of the usual generalities. Who is Joe? Whether you're a first time home buyer or a long time real estate investor, I deliver exceptional result and top-notch customer service. I have has been in the Real Estate business full time since 2004. I was named Entrepreneur Realty Rookie of the Year, being in the top three in the company in homes sold. Joe continues to accumulate the accolades reaching the *Top Fifty among Two Thousand Five Hundred Realtors in 2006 (homes sold). That same year as a strong buyer's agent I sold more than 50% of my own listings. In the last quarter of 2007, 2010, 2012 I was awarded the Top Sales Agent of the quarter. In 2013 I was awarded the Top Sales Agent (units SOLD) of the year in all of Chase International's eight offices worldwide. One thing I realized is to focus on three important skills: Market knowledge, Marketing and Negotiating Skills. I dont consider real estate as "just a job" but it's my "passion". As a first time home buyer we really are clueless about the process but with Joes help and patience we successfully get through it. From finding the right home to looking for the right mortgage company and even closing on home insurance, he never fails to lend us a hand. It was a crazy process, but having him as our realtor gives us the assurance that we are in good hands. With the right team, weve got to close the deal and got to move in to our own place we call home for less than a month.
