Johnny helped us to sell our house while simultaneously purchasing a new build. He put our house on the market at the exact right time. He professionally managed the flood of offers that came in (30+ offers) and presented them to us in an organized manner so we weren?t overwhelmed. The house was under contract in 2 days. He answered all of our calls no matter what time of day. The sale of our house closed and the next day we closed on the new home. The timing could not have been more perfect.
