Its my second time buying a home so, I knew what to look for when I looked for a realtor. John was the professional I was looking for. Very responsive (24/7 text or emails), made all the inquiries needed to answer my questions, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. There are a lot of realtors looking for clients but not many that have that level of professionalism, and willing to go the extra mile, that make the difference in finding the right home and going to the buying process flawless.

John is awesome to work with. He communicates well with you and helps you to understand the process of buying or selling, especially if you are a first timer like I was. I have used Jonathons real estate expertise on two occasions. Once to buy a property and once to sell a property. Jonathon is more than willing to help determine a properties realistic value (in my case with selling a property), help with explaining the different steps in buying or selling a property, he is always accessible and communicates the different steps in a transaction as soon as they take place (so keeping the buyer or seller up to date). Jonathon keeps up to date with local market trends and is more than willing to offer communicate those to the buyer or seller (whomever he is representing) His insight is very helpful.
