Jonathon is more than willing to help determine a properties realistic value (in my case with selling a property), help with explaining the different steps in buying or selling a property, he is always accessible and communicates the different steps in a transaction as soon as they take place (so keeping the buyer or seller up to date). Jonathon keeps up to date with local market trends and is more than willing to offer communicate those to the buyer or seller (whomever he is representing) His insight is very helpful.
