About Johnathan Chao

I want to introduce myself and my real estate team. I am a Broker Associate, commercial director and a co-partner of Keller Williams Premier Properties. Since you may be potentially in the market to sell, buy or lease your next home, we would love to answer any real estate questions that you may have. A brief history about my team. I have been in the real estate industry for around 20 years and holds a Juris Doctorate in law with a strong background in real estate law and contract preparation.

The Johnathan Chao Team currently has 7 team members which also included my mother Fanny Chao who has been in real estate for 25 years. My team has consistently been a top producing team with Keller Williams Realty. We pride myself on building lifelong relationships with our clients. Tristan was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did he go above and beyond on multiple matters, but he was communicating with us every step of the way. He had our home sold in less than a week from listing and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Can't say enough great things about how well he handled our complicated situation. I cannot day enough good things about working with Tristan. We first met and he went through, in detail, what the selling and buying processes would entail, and helped us to understand it all. Our home was put on the market on a Thursday, we had an open house that same Saturday and accepted a max offer that same day! Tristan sold our place in less than a week! He also helped us find a beautiful new home and worked through the buying process with us. Not only is he a great agent, but a wonderful person. Anything we needed, he was there to help with. Johnathan was the perfect realtor for us! He was diligent in doing research in all of the homes and neighborhoods we were interested in. He was available for on site visits, many phone conversations, and text messages. He helped to put us at ease during our escrow process. He put in simple terms all of the lingo we would not understand since we were first home buyers. He showed my husband many many houses every weekend. He took the time to not make us feel rushed but carefully explain all the details to us. He would help us with any renovations and repairs we would have to make just by his vast experience. He was our advocate when there was pressure. He wore many hats and had to communicate with many parties. He was warm and friendly. He was personable and funny. He was responsible and responsive.
