I cannot day enough good things about working with Tristan. We first met and he went through, in detail, what the selling and buying processes would entail, and helped us to understand it all. Our home was put on the market on a Thursday, we had an open house that same Saturday and accepted a max offer that same day! Tristan sold our place in less than a week! Johnathan was the perfect realtor for us! He was diligent in doing research in all of the homes and neighborhoods we were interested in. He was available for on site visits, many phone conversations, and text messages. He helped to put us at ease during our escrow process.
