John was patient with me and explained everything clearly. He kept me up-to-date on essential knowledge and signings. He was upfront about possible pricing. Though he had his own people who he recommended, he was fine. When I used my own. He did a lot of extra things for me that I think a lot of other real estate agents wouldnt have, like getting rid of whatever was left in the house. I highly recommend him

John did a superb job assisting in selling my duplex home. I give him a FIVE-STAR PLUS rating in every category. He understood the difference between a townhouse and a semi-detached home which enabled me to get a much better price than the assessment. He was also very familiar with the geographic and homeowners association aspects of the property. He offered several valuable suggestions for prepping my home for showing. He has an impressive network of specialist contractors who installed carpet over a single weekend and resolved my radon issue. He prepped me and was present at the closing. He was both friendly and business-like and always managed to fit in my requests.

John Young has been my realtor for 8 years now. John is professional, trustworthy, respective, an expert in his field, and an outstanding realtor. I would give him 10 stars if I could! John first helped me purchase my townhome, then when I moved out of state, helped me rent that same townhome in Lorton. Every single time, he helped me quickly find excellent tenants, all who treated my home like their own. John always goes above and beyond for me. In between tenants, he would make sure my home is ready for showings by fixing things around the house himself or coordinating with contractors to get the job done. This is extremely helpful as someone who lives out of state and a busy mother! I have peace of mind knowing that John will take care of everything for me, and I can just sit back and relax.
