John was great for us as first time homebuyers, his knowledge of both the realtor side of the process as well as the maintenance side of things gave us a unique approach at what to look for in the perfect home. Communication was quick and consistent. I would definitely recommend John as a realtor!

AMAZING!!! We could not have asked for a better realtor. John and his team worked so so hard for us and fought for us to find a perfect home an in impossible market. They never gave up on us. Our first search resulted in us deciding to rent for a year-- and John helped us with the entire rental process, even though he wasn't going to get any real compensation from this. He went to visit homes for us during COVID , while we were in another state, and gave us a live video walk-through. He further helped us the following year with our home purchase as well, and walked out through every step of the way. He has even continued to advise about home renovations and other matters after the home purchase was complete. John has a lot of knowledge and an excellent eye for imperfections in homes. He immediately informs us of anything he sees that is out of place. When he doesn't know the answer to a question (not very common) he will immediately find the answer and get back to us. He has made himself available to us on so many occasions, even when by all rights, he should have set boundaries and turned off his phone. Seriously amazing care. We will be, and have been, recommending John and his team (including his wonderful wife Rose) to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed.

John coached me up on what needed to be done to sell my DC property. Not only was his inputs much appreciated and EXTREMELY valuable, but he sold my Wife's Condo during the renovation time that we needed to get the DC property sold. He isn't your typical Real Estate professional. I almost felt as I knew him before. John and I kind of hit it off at the first conversation. He is very knowledgeable, he uses all of the resources available, and he has a wonderful support team/assistant (i.e. Francis, THE BEST!). John understands how to get the job done, i.e. ABC, Always Be Closing!
