Jack and Laurie Vizzard were our realty team in the sale of my late mothers Cape May Courthouse home. Being that it was on the water and that some renovations to the house were done without having finalized the inspection paperwork, I had a lot of questions about how to get the house certified and ready for sale. Jack and Laurie were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. They put me in touch with trusted local vendors and this served to expedite the resolution of our paperwork and get the house to market sooner. Jack was terrific at marketing the house. He used social media expertly but also reached out to many folks that he knew would be interested. We had a lot of interest and offers, no mean feat in the face of a cooling housing market and rising interest rates. Laurie had her finger on the pulse on every detail of every conversation and process, from vendors, buyers, and other agents; Laurie was always engaged. She communicated all of the information to me and always circled back on details or process requests when my memory failed me. My conversations with Jack and Laurie were always thoughtful, insightful, stress-reducing and touched with good will and humor. I cannot overstate the fact that I would work with Jack and Laurie again in a heartbeat.
