I cannot express how much I appreciate John and the service he provided us. After much research, I chose John from dozens of realtors and he absolutely surpassed my expectations. I was helping my parents sell their house to downsize and move 5 hours away. During the pandemic and because they are elderly, it was extremely important to me that my parents stayed safe and were comfortable with the selling process. This is 2nd time we enlisted John and and Mysti Sturges to sell a home. We thought the 1st time was great. Hard to believe, but 2nd time even better. Selling a home in COVID times is not the easiest. John looked for opportunities to make process easier on us and potential buyers. John was great in evaluating home before it went on market by helping us stage the home, videos, and pictures. His preparation work was so good, the house sold before it officially went on the market. He got us the price we needed and worked with the buyers by negotiating a very fair Lease-Back (our home actually sold too quickly!). John is great at communication and being straight-forward.
