We put John through 3 long months of searching, trying to make sure we found the right home, for the right price for our budget. John was extremely patient and understanding the entire time. John arranged to view homes at some inconvenient last minute times, but he made it happen. When we thought we settled on a home, we found out some additional information late in the process and had to back out, then start the search all over again. 2nd home we settled on, the offer wasnt accepted, restart button once again.
