When I started looking for my first house, Caleb was recommended to me. Right away he helped to educate me and show me the ropes. He helped make what seemed like a daunting task smooth and simple. Caleb took what i wanted in a house, helped us nacigate through houses that were close but not what we wanted and found exactly what my family needed. Caleb also did an amazing job selling my old house. Any issue, or question I had he helped me though it. He gave pointers from his experience that not only helped sell my house but kept me and my family comfortable and informed. I will be doing business with Caleb in the future. Michael is the best agent we have worked with in 40+ years. He is such a gentleman and so kind. I'm handicapped and he always took the time to help me whenever he could. He is very knowledgeable and got back with us quickly if he didn't know the answer. I think we wore him out, he showed us so many houses, but never showed any impatience. We just loved him & he seemed like a part of the family. Closing was very easy and we were in our house the same day! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. There's no one better. We never felt "pushed" to buy a house. He let us make our own decisions, but at our age, we've done this enough to know when someone is feeding you a line. We never felt that way with Michael. He worked with us for quite awhile, but never gave up. A true professional in every sense of the word. Thank you, Michael for making this a pleasant experience!
