We contacted John and another agent, after reading Zillow reviews. John was the first one to call us back, so we went with him, and boy are we glad! We have looked at a tremendous amount of homes, as we need something somewhat specific being as we plan on living in Lake Naomi 6 months of the year. He has shown tremendous amount of patience with us throughout the process. He knowledge of the community, the homes themselves, the restrictions etc are unmatched. He is extraordinarily organized and helpful as well as honest as they come! He's measured lot lines, climbed into crawl spaces, retrieved a ladder from his own home so we could look into an attic space and so much more. We visited Lake Naomi and decided to look at some properties - exploring the possibility of a summer home. We called John because he was the rental agent for the property we were renting for the week. We were REALLY impressed with John. His knowledge of the area is excellent, and above all else, he is truly honest and incredibly thorough. We aren't sure any of the houses we've seen will work for our family (we have 6 kids - so it's hard to find a place large enough!), but when we do see a place that we think will work, John will be the first person we call. If you're looking for a realtor, look no further.

By far the best realtor i have worked with and there has been many over the years . From his instant phone call in response to an email inquiry on a listing to his follow thru on showing houses . He worked thru negotiations helped set up inspections and was even present for them . He went above and beyond his duties as a realtor , He looked at the purchase as if it was his own . I expect to do many more real estate deals with him in the future . You will not be disappointed I certainly was NOT !

John was quick to respond to our initial request to search for a home, immediately arranging for a full day of prospecting, including properties we had targeted and others he introduced us to. He has first hand knowledge of the community, with connections to a wide and varied list of local vendors which helped us in our decision making. Once we made a choice to submit a bid, he patiently walked us through the process and stayed in close communication all through the transaction. Though there we some snags in the process, John guided us through the obstacles and we were able to finalize. John is clearly passionate about his work and genuinely cares about his clients and their needs.
