Wanda was highly recommended to me by a co worker who used her for her co op purchase. I contacted Wanda to inquire about the process of purchasing a co op and she was completely honest and knowledgeable about the process. I told Wanda my price range, location and what I was looking for in my co op purchase , within a few days Wanda was able to show me a handful of co ops. Little did I know she would show me a apartment that had not even made it to the market. Which I instantly fell in love with, I put in a offer and within a few hours the offer was accepted. Wanda began to get the ball rolling, she recommended me to a lawyer, also reached out to seacost lending to get pre-approval. Unfortunately, we did come across a problem with the sellers bank that was 100% out of the control of anyone on my team but throughout the whole process Wanda continued to reach out and keep me updated and reassured that my team was doing all they could do to speed up my closing process. Wanda was literally always available to answer any and all questions. Overall, Wanda was genuinely personable, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Mrs Jackson: short and sweet of it, I was searching for a home for approximately 7 months no luck then I met Mrs Jackson, and with no exaggeration within 4 weeks not only did she find me a home she helped me seal the deal: we submitted the offer someone beat us out ,all of a sudden she gets a call back asking if her client was still interested the first deal fell through, and the rest is history. She prepared the offer negotiating all the way to the contract signing not stopping there even making certain we made it to the closing table, which I call the finish line.
