I found John by chance and I'm so glad I did! He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and always attentive to my questions and concerns. As a single woman going through the home buying process, I found it difficult to find people I truly trusted. Some real estate agents, in my experience, are just out to sell any house as fast as possible and move on to the next client. John was the exception! I felt he had my best interest in mind even if it didnt benefit him at all. He went above and beyond for me and my family. When I wasnt able to attend a showing as I lived out of state, he would show my brother and parents properties and offered to check places out for me himself if they werent available. Dont miss out on this diamond in a rough of an agent!

John, had worked hard a few years ago showing us many properties and although it wound up not being the right time for us to buy. When it came time to sell our primary residence and move out of state I couldnt think of anyone better suited for the job then John Padgett. John had the house sold in one week and there were a lot of issues that had to be worked out with the buyers. John kept his patience throughout the whole process and basically salvaged the deal when we thought it was dead. House closed, everyone happy! Thanks John!
