We worked with Tess on selling our home. We were motivated sellers but felt that Tess was working more for the buyers than for us. The market has shifted to a more balanced market but the offers were thick with buyer concessions. We were made to feel that these were the best offers we could get. We would have liked more guidance to push back on these. For example, the offer we took contained cash back so the buyer to supposedly purchase points. At closing the buyer got all the cash plus the closing costs back (VA loan so 100% financing). While we did increase the price to offset half, we still paid commission on the increase. We felt browbeaten because the buyer didn't really need our money for the deal and simply wanted a lot of cash. In the end, we were the only ones that seemed to make a sacrafice for the deal.

Tess Muccigrosso is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She handled the sale of our condo and we couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did she provide us with a detailed weekly written report, she would call us without fail every week to discuss strategy and provide helpful advice. There were a couple of occasions where the HVAC system started leaking due to an overflowing condensation pan. We live out of state, so we were not able to address the problem ourselves. Tess was able to send a technician to the condo to diagnose the problem and make repairs at a reasonable price. She is very knowledgeable in her field and was a pleasure to work with.
