As a first time home buyer, there were a lot of things we were not aware of: the steps of loan process, the intricate details for home inspection, zoning and regulation laws, and most importantly, what NOT to do. John has been very patient, understanding and supportive throughout our collaboration. Not only did he offer great suggestions, recommendations for criteria we need to focus on, but also walk us through this exciting yet stressful process. I dont usually comment on reviews unless its a restaurant that offers any sort of promotional deal, but this is the first Ive done for someone who I worked with. I cannot recommend John anymore than what everyone else has been saying, because they are true.
