About John McGinn

A life-long Rhode Islander, John is delighted to join RE/MAX Flagship's team. John recently retired from 29 years with the RI Convention Center as Senior Director of Sales. Although he is fairly new to South County, he is not new to real estate, having earned his first commissions in 2010. John is committed to developing long-term relationships, listening to his clients' needs, and utilizing his experience at negotiating to ensure a successful outcome for both buyers and sellers. John resides in the Tower Hill Heights neighborhood of Wakefield with his wife, Arleen Oliva and their golden retriever, Scout. He enjoys boating on Narrow River and Salt Pond, depending on the tide! His other interests include playing golf and growing tomatoes. John utilizes an experienced team of real estate professionals to assist with his client's needs. John went out of his way to help us sell a house. He negotiated the best price, and communicated with the tenants. He assisted us in preparing the house for sale. He contacted other professionals that we needed to clear out the house to get it ready. He communicated with fire marshal, rubbish container company, cleaning crew, electrician, and moving people. When we felt helpless, John made it all happen! He went through the paperwork with ease and made sure we understood everything. Hes the best!
