What's the saying--never buy the first home you see? Well, sometimes when you know, you know. Mine was a charming one-story, wood-framed historic property. Many people, including my own family, warned me it would be a bad financial decision. That first purchase turned out to be the beginning of many. Today, that home still sits quietly in downtown Delray Beach--having already tripled its equity as a buy-and-hold investment. Having the eye to spot opportunity and potential is where other agents sometimes fall short. I pride myself on seeing what others might miss. I'm a veteran of the TV marketing and advertising world with over 20 years of experience bringing new products to market. The pressure and intensity of directing commercials--writing scripts, designing sets, leading crews, negotiating with vendors, talent, and clients--is surprisingly similar to keeping a real estate transaction moving forward smoothly, efficiently, and stress-free. (Although some days I still think working with kids and pets on set was harder.) In addition to my marketing career, I also manage a small property portfolio of my own, provide renovation project management, and consult on vacation rentals. That background gives me a keen eye for design and a strong attention to detail--skills that buyers, sellers, and investors appreciate because they help move properties. Growing up internationally, I lived everywhere from the South Pacific to the Middle East. That experience of connecting with people across many cultures translates directly to real estate, where I help buyers and sellers from all walks of life throughout South Florida--especially in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, Wellington, and beyond. I'm a husband, son, and father (to a rescued Maligator--look it up) and I'm lucky to call South Florida my home. In my spare time, I shoot pool, raise awareness for Alzheimer's research, tinker with my Jeep, and create new dishes in the kitchen for my wife Lori to critique.
