Having bought and sold many properties over the years we have encountered agents with less than optimal skills. Quite honestly most of them never met expectations due to what we would consider poor communication skills, lack of follow through and an overall lack of professionalism. John is not like other realtors. He is a strong communicator (written & verbal), responsive, and pays attention to details. Our sale was complicated by the fact that we were in New York during the pandemic (John in Florida) and the property part of an irrevocable trust. John handled all the details including coordinating the move and storage. We successfully closed despite many obstacles.
