Here are our reasons: she did not try to sell us property that she had listed, she listened carefully to OUR interests and requirements and worked to show us any home we were interested in over a large geographic area, she was very responsive and we were pretty demanding! Her communication skills were excellent. She responded to our requests for showing within minutes either by text or phone.
