John knocked it out of the park. We (my wife and I) had tried to sell the house ourselves but, after 21 days we gave up. Several realtors toured our home but John was the only one that asked for the listing. We signed a listing contract with him on a Monday. Saturday he held an open house and on the following Monday he brought us a contract. He skillfully helped us with the negotiations and after 1 day we had an agreed upon contract for almost the full asking price. He met all of our challenges. From holding an open house within a very short time frame, quick sale, quick closing and most important: TOP DOLLAR! His professionalism was exhibited throughout the process but, he had a sense of humor to help lighten the mood when needed. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

The home I purchased was an investment property in which I immediately turned around and rented to the sellers. Team Martellini was with me the whole way through my buying and leasing process. I have worked with other agents in the past and I usually have to be the proactive one tracking a timeline, asking when is this going to happen or this needs to get this done, could you get that set up for me Mr or Mrs Agent? Not with Tammy and John, they move so quick and handled the process so efficiently, I did not have to worry about a thing. And they did not miss anything. There were no surprises a day or two before closing such as, "We need to get this signed" or this needs to be done because they missed something.
