We looked extensively for a real estate agent, and we eventually chose John. His strengths are that he will give you honest advice, even if you don't take it. He is tenacious about your rights during negotiations, and he will be there if you need something afterwards. For instance, he picked up on a problem at close that we could resolve before signing, which saved us a significant headache and some $. I was looking for someone with deep local knowledge of Canton / Fells Point, and his team are based there and know the area very well. I recommend working with him to find you a new house in Baltimore City or County.

Mark was amazing! We were first time home buyers and he made sure to sit down with us to go through the whole process to make sure we had a full understanding of it. Even as we starting to tour homes and put in offers, each step of the way he made sure we knew why the process was happening and what would be next. We also trusted his opinion as we looked at homes, what looked well done and what was a little questionable. He was very knowledgeable during the offer process and helped us get an offer accepted.
