Cherisse recently helped us to find our dream home and with the sale of our first house. As a buyer, I found Cherisse really strived to be well educated about each property. As she showed us a home, she was a critical eye looking much deeper into the important aspects of the home than we saw in our eagerness and helped to weigh the pros and cons of each property. We werent in a hurry to find our dream home and Cherisse was patient, kept us informed of new properties, and was sure to understand and prioritize the details that really mattered to us. As a seller, Cherisse was spot on with what we would be able to get for our home in an ever-changing market. As we had never sold a home before, she was very knowledgeable and thorough on what work we needed or didnt need to do to get top dollar for our home. When it came time to review our offers, she helped point out the details that made each offer strong or appealing. Once we were under contract on either home, she monitored the process and kept us informed the entire time. If I called her anxious for an update, she knew exactly what step of the process our transaction was in and was informative on what the next step was. She seemed to be in constant contact with the other agent, lenders, and title companies, keeping everything on track. Overall, Cherisse was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, detail oriented, and an advocate for her client. My husband and I are very pleased with our experiences with Cherisse and would highly recommend her to our friends and family.
