I interviewed 5 agents and decided to go with John. He was the only one that really seemed interested in the home. He looked over everything, suggesting things to take care of. He even went up into the attic to inspect the furnace and air conditioner. He helped me take care of some needed repairs and even repaired some items himself which I really appreciate. The overall sale went smoothly all the way to closing. There were some issues with the ShowingTime app when it was first listed and he called them and got everything taken care of immediately.

Mr. John was so pleasant to work with and he went way beyond my expectations. He priced my home well which kept a healthy traffic flow and I surprisingly had two people bidding on my home.
