Originally from Delaware County, I am a graduate of Cardinal O'Hara HIgh School. I earned my BSN/RN from West Chester University and worked as a Professional Nurse for 17 years in a hospital setting. My change in Careers led me to Real Estate and I became a licensed PA agent in 2009. I hit the market head on, earning my Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) and my Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. First time home buyer moving back to the area with fiance after being stationed away in the military. Never purchased a home before and was completely clueless to the process. John educated both myself and my fiance on the entire process in a way anyone could comprehend. During the showings, John was extremely informative and even went out of his way to point out the good and especially the bad on each property. He did not sugarcoat anything. He was honest. When it came to putting an offer in, John advised us on what the offer should be and sent us documentation showing what similar houses have sold for in the area. Highly recommend

I was in touch with John and scheduled a showing a few days later. He was supposed to send out a broker to meet my boyfriend and I at the home because he was unable to due to having covid. We arrived and no one showed. I called his number multiple times as well as his offices number. It took 4 tries for him to answer. When he did, he told me that he woke up with a cold this morning and had forgotten about our appointment and was sorry he did not meet us. I then reminded him that he was actually supposed to send someone else out to meet us. He supposedly got in touch with that broker and then called back saying that they also forgot and was stuck writing up a report for another client. I honestly do not believe that much of this is the truth. Makes me a little skeptical that he first said he had covid then said he woke up with a cold. Seemed just like excuses to being unprofessional and forgetful.

We survived settlement! It is with high regards we leave this review for Jennifer and John-what amazing individuals they are! After weeks of searching on our own we came across a property that we walked thru with Jenn and John?s guidance..it was love at first sight. The process from start to finish was seamless thanks to this duo, who not only are efficient in their ways, but highly knowledgeable about all bits of home purchasing, from start to finish. Inspection and the full settlement process was wrapped up quickly and without any error or room for uncertainties, courtesy of their promptness and hands on involvement in the entire process. We felt at ease working with John and Jenn, knowing our best interests were always their top priority...something which is often hard to find in the real estate business. We cannot express our gratitude and thanks enough to the team of two, and would highly recommend their services to all our friends, family, and even strangers.
