During the showings, John was extremely informative and even went out of his way to point out the good and especially the bad on each property. He did not sugarcoat anything. He was honest. I was in touch with John and scheduled a showing a few days later. He was supposed to send out a broker to meet my boyfriend and I at the home because he was unable to due to having covid. We arrived and no one showed. I called his number multiple times as well as his offices number. It took 4 tries for him to answer. When he did, he told me that he woke up with a cold this morning and had forgotten about our appointment and was sorry he did not meet us. I then reminded him that he was actually supposed to send someone else out to meet us. He supposedly got in touch with that broker and then called back saying that they also forgot and was stuck writing up a report for another client. I honestly do not believe that much of this is the truth. Makes me a little skeptical that he first said he had covid then said he woke up with a cold. Seemed just like excuses to being unprofessional and forgetful.

We survived settlement! It is with high regards we leave this review for Jennifer and John-what amazing individuals they are! After weeks of searching on our own we came across a property that we walked thru with Jenn and John?s guidance..it was love at first sight.
