From day one, he did everything possible to make sure things were done in the right order and that all documents were filled out correctly. John assisted us in preparing the property for sale and guided us through every step of negotiations with potential buyers. He also personally managed the online sale of our office furniture. John drove out-of-town to represent us at the closing location, which was a significant distance from our office. There are not enough stars in this rating to truly reflect the effort made by John for us. I highly recommend John as a business real estate agent.

We were also out of town buyers and he was great about accommodating our schedule. Finally, we ran into some challenges with the seller near the end, and John went above and beyond to ensure we still got the house for a fair price.

The advice he gave based on the market was helpful, and he always responded quickly when we reached out to him. Our only recommendation for improvement would be following along with the process a little more closely and communicating to us more quickly when there was new information available. Overall, though, it was a good experience. John has a great attitude and was flexible in meeting our timeline and preferences.
